Thank you for your interest in participating in our upcoming Man-Tel derby.
Please complete the following form to let us know you are coming so we can
purchase enough food and bring enough prizes to the event.

If you wish to pre-pay you can send your payment via eTransfer to:

All derby registrations and matching payments received by Thursday June 12th, 2025 at 11:59PM
will be entered into our Early Bird prize raffle. Early Bird prizes will be issued at the
derby on Saturday June 14, 2025. Only people fishing in the derby are eligible for prizes.

Note: You do not have to submit a separate form for each person attending, just make
a note in the message section below for who all is fishing:
Adult Cost: $25/Entry (16+)
Kids Cost: $10/Entry (6-15)
Under 6: Free Entry (but must fish with a paid Adult)
…or who is just coming for the barbecue after the derby ($5) and submit the form one time.
