Thank you for your interest in participating in our upcoming Man-Tel winter derby.
Please complete the following form to let us know you are coming so we can
bring enough prizes to the event and pre-drill any holes as requested.
Note: You do not have to submit a separate form for each person attending, just make
a comment in the message section below of who all is fishing and submit the form one time.

If you wish to pre-pay you can send your payment via eTransfer to: fishing@grandmaraismanitoba.com
Adult Cost: $20/Entry (16 and Up)
Youth Cost: $5/Entry (6 to 15)
Kids Under 6: Free Entry (but must fish with a paid Adult)
2 Drilled Holes: $5 (please make a note of number of holes needed when submitting your form.)

All derby registrations and matching payments received by Friday February 13th, 2026 at 11:59PM
will also be entered into our Early Bird prize raffles. Early Bird prizes will be drawn for
after the derby on Sunday February 15, 2026 on the ice. Everyone fishing in the derby
is also eligible for random door prize draws after the derby, so hold onto your derby entry tickets
(issued at the derby site when you arrive).
